What it does
Shopboard turns operational noise into a few high-contrast signals your team can read while moving.
Post alerts and messages from phones on the floor. Recurring reminders stay local on your network. Queue, dismiss, and quick-alert shortcuts stay tuned for how your team actually works.
Subscribe with any iCal URL: Google, Apple, Outlook. Deadlines and pickups sit beside the rest of the day.
On Starter, Team, or Pro with Shopboard beta enrollment, Shopboard Sync pipes business events to Shopboard: new inquiries, quote wins, and more signals over time.

When AirShop is your system of record, Shopboard is the glanceable layer on the floor: inquiries, wins, and the kinds of beats that deserve a big read at a distance. Shopboard Sync is available now in private beta on Starter, Team, and Pro once your org is enrolled (admin flag). Solo includes personal mode only, without live AirShop sync.
Setup
No terminal and no IT ticket. Shopboard is built to get from image to live display without turning setup into a project.
Balena Etcher or Raspberry Pi Imager. WiFi can be pre-provisioned in Imager advanced options.
First boot joins the network you baked in, or use the on-device wizard.
Point any browser at shopboard.local:3000. On step 3, scan the QR with your phone and tap Connect in AirShop.
Bring Shopboard into the systems your business already uses. Starter, Team, and Pro plans with Shopboard Sync can show events from tools like Zapier, Make, Jobber, and more, so the right updates land on the floor without another tab to check.
A Raspberry Pi 4 can mirror the same view on two HDMI outputs today. Routing different content to separate displays is coming soon.
Yes. Personal mode runs as a local display with floor announcements, recurring reminders, iCal sync, and Home Assistant on your network. Shopboard Sync (live AirShop events, Shopify sync, and Open API) requires Starter, Team, or Pro. Solo includes personal mode only when enrolled in the Shopboard beta.
Target whichever Pi generation you standardize on for kiosk browsers. Supported hardware will be spelled out alongside the downloadable image.
