Common questions

I don't have inventory.

If you order anything for your business (materials, parts, supplies), that's inventory. You don't need to track stock quantities daily. Most shops start by adding the things they order so they can build quotes faster. Quantity tracking is optional and can come later (or never).

What does this cost?

I'm not tech-savvy.

AirShop is designed for shop owners, not IT departments. If you can send an email, you can use AirShop. Book a demo and we'll set things up with you.

I don't have time to set this up.

You don't need to migrate everything at once. Most shops start by creating their first quote in under 10 minutes. Set up a time to chat with us, then start your free trial and add items as you go, a little each day. From our experience there's never an ideal time to switch, but getting started means progress. Keep making little improvements over time.

Will someone help me get set up?

Yes. The AirShop team helps you get up and running. Depending on complexity and size, we can also help migrate your data (free or charged at a fair fee). Book a demo and we'll make sure you get value, not leave you on your own.

What if I try it and it doesn't work for my shop?

There's no contract and no risk. Set up a time to chat with us, then start your free trial and choose a monthly plan when you're comfortable and loving it. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings. We'd rather you find the right tool than feel stuck.

I already use spreadsheets / QuickBooks / another system.
